The print version of the core rulebook was on sale for $3!!!! Woot!
I picked up that and Dragonmech's almanac of endless traders for $12 total including shipping. At last, my Dmech collection is complete.

I think we'd need Joseph to sign off on that. OooOOoooo. Dare I send him a private message? I'll go try it... The fact that I am running a dmech campaign right now that has the players making real world oil paintings of their characters might help my case: http://buried-reborn.googlegroups.com/web/...

Looks like the new edition of Steve Jackson's Ogre game will have Pirates of the Spanish Main style figures! This would be a good cost savings way to get toward miniatures.
Any more playtesting happening on DMB? Please do so at a Con in NYC!

Legality of Nederpickiwiki?
Hey goodman games employees - I have a big big big list of locations in Nedderpick derived from examining deckplans of wwi era battleships. It's in outline form. Rather than facing the daunting task of filling in all the info myself, I was going to make a wiki at wikispaces.com or something similar,...

Ever see the silent film Metropolis? http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0017136/synopsis It would be a very interesting dmech adventure. Transfer it to Nedderpick with Rotwang (A coglayer / necromancer) trying to start a workers revolt in order to kill of the lower class workers and force the Gearwrights t...

"There are a few hundred lubrication points on this mech, and it takes a long time to boil 5000 gallons of water. As the water warms, I do what jocks from the beginning of Nedderpick have always done, I begin the ritual of 'oiling around'. Starting under the steam cannon, I oil the trailing tru...

Re: DragonMech Battles: Designer Diary #7
I'm very curious to see how boarding actions are carried out. Can you maintain nifty flavor of the running fights in the tunnels on the mechs while not slowly down the 'battle at large?" Also, will the game focus on a narrowed range of mech sizes, or will it support play Nedderpick down to vipe...

Re: Elder Evils in DragonMech
Interesting stuff! I am playing the lunars right now in my campaign as cthulu-esque that just _might_ be able to be beaten with the combo of steammechs & magic. It would be a whole different style to have the PCs go up against certain doom. I've never run a 'doomed' campaign, but I've played in ...

The trains would have to run UNDERGROUND - like in Duerok Alley - the tunnel that runs from EDGE to DUEROK!

Re: What are you interested in seeing?
An actual completed adventure would be sweet. Populated with NPCs that are fleshed out with personalities / motivations /etc and not just statblocks.
I have all the books now, so I DON'T need any more mechs / feats / guns.
Maybe even make a non-official sequel to the Shardsfall Quest?

I like the idea of simplified mech combat. I have plans for a big multi-mech showdown in my game, and in the absence of dmech battles, I'm curious to see how it works out.

I'm getting ready to run my first ever PBM game, and I was wondering if anyone can point me to online archives of games they have played or are playing. My 2003-2004 Dragonmech campaign is getting ready to restart, and one of the players has been seeking out music. Here was her first gem of a find. "Bad Moon Rising"- Covered by Rasputina http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=elvQ4Pgpbfk DO NOT think, this is that old CCR song I have no interest. ...

Some Lovecraft describing a man kidnapped by alien slavers and taken to the moon in a skyship - SOOOOO Dragonmech appropriate.
